Current events have left many of us eager to get engaged and make a difference, but you may be wondering how to make the greatest impact in the advocacy space.
Cohort 10 alum Lauren Freemire is going to lead a series of trainings aimed to deepen your advocacy skills and prepare you to be effective advocates in your community. These 30-minute sessions will be over the lunch hour Thursdays July 16th – August 6th on topics including Effective Advocacy Methods, A Deeper Dive into the Legislative Process, Elections 101, and How to Bring Others into the Advocacy Space and will include time for Q&A. Can’t join? Submit your questions beforehand via the Buell facebook page and the recorded sessions will be shared with the Network. Informative one-pagers on each topic will also be posted and can be shared to help others learn how to elevate their voices in advocacy.
