As the year winds down, I find myself reflecting on the steady heartbeat of the BECLN—you, us, our members. Your engagement, curiosity, and care have shaped our network into something far more powerful than any single meeting or initiative. Together, you’ve created a living, breathing community with purpose woven through every conversation and connection. We see this vibrancy in our convenings, and it’s affirmed through our annual survey and ongoing evaluation insights.
Throughout the year, you’ve shown up with courage and generosity, carrying forward our shared commitment to equity, belonging, connection, integrity, and leadership development. Our values aren’t small; they’re big and require intention, humility, and practice. And time after time, I observe you embodying them—sometimes boldly, sometimes quietly, always meaningfully.
With your curiosity, you’ve welcomed new perspectives. You’ve held space for tough questions and bright ideas, sometimes in the very same breath. And together, we continue to build a network that feels less like a structure and more like a vibrant ecosystem—full of roots, branches, bridges, sparks, and stars.
So here’s my big, heartfelt thank you.

Thank you for helping create a space where people feel seen, valued, and supported as they grow.
I’m excited for the year ahead and all the creative, meaningful work waiting for us as we continue to grow as humans, leaders, and network members—especially as we prepare to welcome our incoming 15th cohort.
It is, and continues to be, an energizing time to be a Bueller!
