The Early Childhood Council for Logan, Phillips and Sedgwick Counties (ECCLPS) is
seeking a dedicated, collaborative, and highly organized Executive Director to lead our
regional early childhood efforts.
The Executive Director plays a critical role in strengthening the early childhood system
across Logan, Phillips and Sedgwick Counties by supporting childcare providers,
connecting families with resources, managing grants and finances, building community
partnerships, and ensuring organizational and regulatory compliance.
This is a dynamic leadership position for someone who enjoys building relationships,
solving problems, managing multiple responsibilities, writing grants, supporting early
childhood professionals, and making a difference in rural communities.
