Director of Infant Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH)

Invest in Kids seeks a Director of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) to join our senior leadership team. This role advances our statewide strategy to support Colorado communities adding infant and child mental health programming. The Director provides vision, clinical leadership, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery across Implementing Partner Organizations (IPOs).

Core Responsibilities

• Senior Leadership & Strategy: Partner with the VP of Program Strategy and Impact to advance the IECMH vision, serve as clinical subject matter expert for advocacy and funding strategies, and maintain organizational feedback loops.

• Financial & Contract Management: Oversee the IECMH budget, collaborate with Philanthropy and Finance teams on funding, manage government funder objectives (CDEC, HCPF, BHA), and ensure contract commitments and metrics are met.

• IECMH Program Support & Replication: Cultivate an equitable portfolio of IECMH programming, manage relationships with national model purveyors, and lead statewide replication efforts.

• Child First Colorado Clinical Lead: Serve as the primary clinical liaison to Changent, deliver clinical reflective consultation, conduct fidelity oversight and accreditation, and fulfill requirements to be rostered in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP).
