Position Summary
The Deputy Director of Clinical Quality Improvement (QI) and Education will play a pivotal role in CPCQC’s statewide quality improvement efforts, managing a team of three Clinical QI Advisors and the development, implementation, and success of the organization’s suite of educational offerings. This role ensures alignment and coordination across CPCQC’s hospital-based clinical QI initiatives while driving the continuous professional development of healthcare teams through structured learning opportunities. The Deputy Director will work closely with the Director of Clinical QI and other CPCQC leadership to implement high-impact, data-driven quality improvement strategies and a portfolio of education offerings that enhance maternal and infant health outcomes in Colorado.

This full-time, salaried position operates remotely within Colorado, with quarterly in-person meetings typically in the greater Denver/Boulder Metro area and attendance at forums and conferences hosted by CPCQC or key community, state, regional, or national partners. Employees are expected to establish residency in Colorado within six months of their start date at their own cost. A change in residency status may affect employment eligibility.
