Assuring Better Child Health & Development
This position will be a key member of the Assuring Better Child Healthy & Development (ABCD) team, providing training and technical assistance (TA) to primary care practices that are implementing HealthySteps in Colorado. The role is designed to support HealthySteps Specialists and site-based teams by offering TA focused on model fidelity, billing and sustainability strategies, data collection and reporting, and the quality implementation of all core model components. This role works to ensure high-quality implementation of the model, long-term sustainability, and strategic growth while ensuring alignment and coordination with other ABCD projects and initiatives. This individual works directly with frontline providers and clinicians, equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and skills necessary to implement best practices in early childhood development.
