Invest in Kids
The Vice-President of Programs & Implementation is passionate about getting Colorado kids off to a strong start–knowledgeable about state systems and well versed in evidence-based programming. This position will work closely with the President and CEO to drive program strategy and implementation with a focus on programmatic innovation and excellence. This position oversees all Invest in Kids’ program delivery to local providers by supporting and supervising the Program Leadership Team (PLT) made up of three Program Directors. Additionally, this position supervises the Data and Equitable Evaluation Manager.
This role will serve as a critical member of the Executive Team (ET), supporting the culture of IIK, advising on key decisions, and collaborating to achieve organizational and cross-team goals. The VP will co-create strategy, metrics, and work plans for all critical program areas, demonstrate a consistent quality of finance and administration, philanthropic awareness, communications and systems to anticipate key timelines and resources needed to achieve programmatic goals.
