The Equity Project, LLC is inviting applications for an Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (EID) Consultant, that will be critical to the organization’s growth and sustainability. The EID Consultant will serve in developing strategies and actions that build EID practices into all aspects of a client’s programs, operations, and culture. Collaborating with leadership, the consultant will recommend a data-oriented approach to drive decisions and measure success of EID efforts aligned with organizational long-range goals. The EID Consultant would be expected to execute deliverables such as: working collaboratively with the clients to develop organizational-wide EID assessments, facilitation and workshops.
