Invest in Kids
POSITION OVERVIEW The Director of Community Partnerships will efficiently and effectively support growth and engagement throughout the state in support of Invest in Kids’ programs and mission. The Director’s work will primarily focus on Child First at the local level, as Invest in Kids’ most recent addition to our menu of services, and The Incredible Years given the opportunities to establish and expand these two programs in communities throughout Colorado. The Director will also engage at the state level as it relates to ongoing support to all of IIK programs, including Nurse-Family Partnership, that has a presence in all 64 of Colorado’s counties. The Director of Community Partnerships will engage and collaborate with local communities and state partners in service to the high-quality and sustainable delivery and expansion of IIK programs. The position works in a complementary role to the IIK Program Directors ensuring alignment across efforts. While this position reports to the Executive Director, a key relationship for building capacity will also be with IIK’s Director of Implementation. The position is part of the senior leadership team and a strategic partner to the Executive Director.
