The CDEC Deputy Executive Director provides leadership across all aspects of the Department’s mission. This role is part of the senior executive team, which is collectively responsible for establishing a new Department and creating and implementing policies related to CDEC’s mission, values and strategic objectives. Additionally, the Deputy Executive Director serves as a champion and role model in demonstrating and fostering the Department’s values-based culture, especially our core values of equity, innovation, excellence, strengths-based, and family and community focused.
