Michelle Mackin Brown is the Director of Family Engagement at Clayton Early Learning. Prior to joining Clayton, Michelle was an administrator in Jeffco Public Schools Early Childhood Education Department. She has over 17 years of experience in home-based programming, home visitation, classroom practice, case management, curriculum development and early childhood program management. Michelle is a National Trainer for HIPPY USA and was a developer for the HIPPY USA Curriculum Revision Project. Michelle is the field representative to the HIPPY USA Board of Trustees and a member of the Colorado State Advisory Committee for Pregnancy Related Depression.
Michelle earned her BS in Land Use with an emphasis on Resource and Environment from Metropolitan State University. She is a fellow of the Buell Early Childhood Leadership program and holds an MA in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Denver.
